So... I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly, and even though it took one extra email to fully sort everything out, they were friendly and helpful the whole time. Overall, it was a good experience

my Zev has been running great. I’ve put about 800 rounds through it so far and haven’t had a single jam.

So, yeah, the parts seemed like they should work, but they didn’t quite fit right. The compatibility was kind of off, which was frustrating.

I placed an order and it shipped out after a couple of days. The tracking updated well, and when everything arrived, it was packed nicely. It took a little longer than I personally hoped, but it wasn’t a big deal for me overall

The specs were mostly right, which I appreciated. The shipping dates were a bit off though. And it’s not even about that being a huge deal, it just would’ve been nice to have a more accurate estimate upfront.

It works fine and does what I needed it to do, but the price feels sorta high for what you get

I ordered from zevtechnologies.com and my first thought was, oh wow, that shipped faster than I expected. Tracking came through quickly, and the package showed up in good shape. It might’ve taken like a day longer than I was hoping, but not a big deal at all. Overall, solid shipping experience.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this, I really wanted to like it, but my time with it at the range was disappointing. The groups weren’t nearly as tight as I expected, and I ran into a few hiccups during a normal session. Maybe it just needs more break-in time, but for the price, I expected a lot better. It looks nice, no doubt, but based on my experience, it shoots average.

and I ordered a ZEV slide along with a couple of small parts, and overall I’m happy with it. The machining and finish look really nice, and everything felt clean, solid, and well made right out of the box. The fit is snug in a good way, and it definitely seems like something that should hold up well over time.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was one tiny mark in the finish, and the packaging was just kind of average. It’s not a huge deal, but at this price I was expecting it to be basically perfect. Still, the quality is definitely there and I’m happy with it overall.

I guess it did the job in the end, so I’ll give it that. For the price, though, I was expecting something a little more polished. It fit after I fiddled with it for a bit, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth or clean as I hoped. The finish had a few small marks, and the edges felt kind of rough, which is a shame because it almost looks premium if you don’t look too closely. Shipping was fine, but overall I’m not exactly thrilled

I felt let down by the warranty support. The replies took way too long, and when I finally heard back, the help didn’t feel very useful. It was frustrating because I just wanted the issue taken care of without so much back and forth

I’d checked a few other places first, maybe sometime last week or the week before, and everything seemed to be out of stock. zevtechnologies.com actually had the parts I was looking for, which was a nice surprise. The site was easy to get around and I didn’t have to sit around waiting on a restock. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.
